we loved our stay, especially the relaxing indoor pool and the fantastic restaurant that made us feel right at home after a day of exploring the beautiful nature surrounding us, with easy access to Wilverley Plain and the New Forest Heritage Centre just a short drive away for delightful walks and sightseeing.

Great indoor and outdoor pools

Our stay was wonderful, especially the heated outdoor pool and the gorgeous breakfast buffet with plenty of hot options. The zip line for the kids was a hit! We would definitely come back!

The beautiful setting makes up for the minor letdowns like the outdated rooms and some service hiccups. Though the dining was outstanding with great food, the room could use an upgrade, especially given the price point. it was a memorable visit in the New Forest.

Our week-long stay was fantastic! The fresh food at both restaurants impressed us, especially the beautiful presentation of the dishes. The outdoor pools were a hit with the kids. A tip for families, ask about quieter dining options if you prefer a calmer atmosphere.

The garden activities for kids and the cozy atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. Plus, we loved exploring nearby Lyndhurst & Burley!

my stay in brockenhurst was lovely, but this visit exceeded all expectations. the breakfast had freshly made pastries and a delightful variety of teas. the staff were incredibly attentive and the setting was picturesque, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and exploration.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant decor and comfortable furniture throughout the hotel, especially in the relaxed lounge areas which were easily accessible. The staff also ensured that my needs were promptly attended to, making my stay truly delightful.

Easier access to a working refrigerator would be appreciated.

The organic pulled pork at The Lounge was a culinary delight, easily one of the best dishes I've had in Brockenhurst. The outdoor pool is a fab spot to unwind, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
